Roseland, NJ – McDonald’s New York Tri-State Area Restaurants announces open auditions for McDonald’s Gospelfest 2012, the 29th annual celebration of gospel music. The auditions will be split into two groups. Locations, dates, and times are as follows:
Auditions for Soloists, Rappers and singing Groups of 2 – 8 people will be held at the following McDonald’s Restaurants:

Auditions for Praise Dancers, Steppers and Choirs of 9 or more people (Adult, Youth or Out-of-town) will be held at the following location: |

If unable to attend the auditions, applicants can still enter by sending a 3-minute DVD or CD. Submissions must be clearly labeled with the following information: name, address, phone number, email address, category and number of group members (if applicable). Submissions should be mailed to: McDonald’s Gospelfest 2012, 50 Park Place, Suite 1219, Newark, NJ 07102. Deadline for submission is Monday, January 30, 2012.
The finalists will compete at McDonald’s Gospelfest 2012, which will be held at the Prudential Center on Saturday, May 12, 2012.
