Ronald McDonald, McDonald's® Goodwill Ambassador to the world, is an active member of the New York Tri-State community who brings joy and enthusiasm to children throughout the world. You often see Ronald putting on a show for kids at your neighborhood McDonald's® Restaurant, but did you know that Ronald also visits libraries to get children excited about reading? Ronald also performs educational and interactive shows at local elementary schools to help teach children about the environment, self-esteem, personal character, reading and fire safety. As a good neighbor and friend, Ronald regularly visits pediatric floors throughout the Tri-State area hospitals, bringing fun and good cheer to sick children. Below are some of the programs Ronald can perform for children.

The McDonald's® Restaurants & Owners/Operators of the Tri-State are pleased to provide these Ronald McDonald shows to schools, camps and community centers.

Contact your local McDonald's® Restaurant to request one for your children.

Ronald READING HOURS
(Time 25-30 min.)

Imagine the excitement when you coordinate a Ronald appearance at your local town library! Contact your local librarian to set up a Ronald McDonald® Reading Workshop. Incorporating magic and audience participation, Ronald helps children get excited about reading. Reading programs are held in libraries and schools. These are well suited to the younger child (pre-k, kindergarten).
NOTE: These appearances can be either small (in a classroom or library reading room) or large (on stage at a school, camp or youth center). Ronald needs a minimum of 9 x 9 ft. for these appearances. Access to electrical outlets and a P.A. system are also needed.
